The Carrot Cake
This was his cake. Warm, comforting, never showy. Sweet in a way that sneaks up on you, exactly like he was. Spiced sponge, toasted walnuts, and a cream cheese frosting he would have called "the good part." Now in a single layer or stacked tall in three.
The Coffee Streusel Cake
Made for the woman who never let anyone drink coffee alone. A tender crumb under a cinnamon streusel that falls apart the way good conversations do, slowly, warmly, with someone you love across the table.
The Dark Chocolate Cake
Deep and steady, like him. Dark chocolate layers, moist to the last crumb, under a thick swirl of fudge frosting spread the old way, with the back of a spoon. Not a loud cake. Just the one everyone quietly comes back to for a second slice.
The Chocolate Cheesecake
Deep, rich, and quietly confident. The cake she makes when it has to be perfect. Dark chocolate folded into silk cheesecake on a crumb base: the one the whole timeline has been leading to.
The Oreo Cake
Cookies and cream from edge to centre: crushed Oreos folded through soft frosting, a ring of whole ones holding the base, and a pile more on top. Made the way a firstborn asks for things, all of it, please, at once.
The Classic Streusel Cake
The one that never needed reinventing. Buttery crumb, chocolate chip streusel, no tricks. Classic charm that gets by on being exactly what everyone hoped it would be.
The Marbled Brownies
Fudgy squares with a cream-cheese marble running wild through the middle, or pure and uninterrupted, for the purists. Pick your side on the pre-order page. Sold by the box of 12.
The Classic Cheesecake
Velvet-smooth baked cheesecake, crowned your way: a deep blueberry compote or bright strawberries. Both are correct answers. Pick your fruit on the pre-order page.
The Banana Loaf
A soft mini loaf of banana and almond flour, sweetened with maple and dotted with chocolate chips. Gentle enough for the smallest hands at the table: no refined sugar, no gluten. Her Love Bites are still in the works.
The Launch Collection
With three sisters, four brothers, and 28+ kids between them (her own sons included), plus new wives and husbands joining the family with every wedding, Reem learned early that there's no such thing as one cake for everyone. Someone can't have gluten, someone's off refined sugar, someone won't touch dairy, and someone just wants cookies. The full collection is being built the way this family eats: with nobody left out.

The hands behind the heart
Before By Reem was a bakery, it was a kitchen with four boys orbiting one oven. Birthday cakes at midnight, taste tests judged by small unforgiving critics, and recipes carried from her mother's hands, and her mother's mother's before that.
Reem bakes the way home videos feel: warm, a little imperfect, impossible to recreate anywhere else. Every cake that leaves this kitchen carries a date, a memory, and more love than strictly necessary.

Bring the bakery to your party
Birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, graduations. We cater any event up to 100 people, with the same family menu and every dietary need covered. We just ask for at least 3 weeks' notice so everything is baked fresh, never rushed.
